United States Playstation 2 owners will have something to smile about with Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories release date being discussed at this week’s Gamestop Manager Conference. What came out of the conference was a purposed upcoming holiday season release (December).

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories was first released as a Game Boy Advance spinoff title that takes place between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Square Enix later remade the game with 3D graphics. The title has been bundled in Japan with Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix, but this christmas Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories will be released in the US as a standalone game worth around $29.99.
