With the Tokyo Game Show 2008, just around ther corner its only natural that a few rumours would be flying around about possible “shock” announcements at the event.

Final Fantasy XIII is no exception.

Apparently one rumour states that the Final Fantasy XIII Asian version will be playable in all Asian countries including Japan. However the Asian game will only have the option of Japanese sub-titles not voice-overs.

Another rumour claims Microsoft will be paying for a full Japanese port of Final Fantasy XIII which will be released in Japan.

Being a betting man, my money’s on a full Japanese port. I expect a full Japanese Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII to be released. After all, why not with the Xbox 360’s current success in Japan.

Expect an announcement at the Tokyo Game Show next week.
