If you live in Japan, you may have noticed Dissidia Final Fantasy is now avaliable for pre-order. By pre-ordering you also recieve a free dissidia calander.
Pre-ordering is avaliable from now till 11th December 2008. Japanese fans will recieve thier copy upon release after 18th December 2008.

Depends on the Japanese online shop your buying it from. I guess it is possible if you can speak and read Japanese shipping costs. Be quite an effort though translating the information.
There is a big possibility you can still get ahold of the game when it is eventually released (18/12/08). That will prob be your best bet.
